Job Description Existing Wipro Role Program Manager L1 Potential Band Alignment C2 Role

Purpose: The purpose of this role is to manage technology transformation program covering multiple projects by establishing governance mechanisms, supervising project teams, overseeing resource management and engaging with client leadership for effective program execution.

Responsibilities Develop and implement program management for transformation programs, including scope, schedule, and configuration management.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks across multiple projects, monitoring adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

Resolve issues related to cost, scope, and schedule through structured governance reviews.

Supervise project teams, oversee day‑to‑day resource management, capacity planning, and performance management to ensure efficient delivery.

Establish risk tracking mechanisms, propose mitigation plans, and engage stakeholders to address risks.

Build delivery accelerators and deliver complex technology programs to enable achievement of business transformational goals.

Ensure project efficiency and optimization initiatives through coordination with cross‑functional teams and multiple vendors.

Manage change requests by facilitating impact analysis, planning change‑management meetings, and keeping change‑control documentation up to date.

Engage with CIOs, VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders in steering and governance meetings to report program progress and align on key milestones.

Support organizational initiatives by contributing to industry research, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and internal publications.

Mandatory Skills Delivery Management competency expected for this role.
