Responsibilities
- Practice scrum in a small engineering team within our Lab.
- Build scalable software using Python.
- Automate software and infrastructure delivery with technologies like Terraform, Python, Jenkins, Harness, and Cloud Build.
- Build and improve an ML cloud platform on GCP.
- Gain exposure to native Google tooling including GKE, Big Query, Vertex AI, Cloud Build, and more.
- Build, test, and deploy customised Workbench Instances.
- Support Data Science teams to productionise their models on GCP.
- Innovate by discovering new tools, methods, and approaches.
- Use your knowledge and experience to help shape our overarching strategy.
- Coach other engineers and steer the design of our software.
What We're Looking For
- Technical knowledge of Dev Ops tooling, including continuous integration tooling pipelines and containerisation.
- Solid knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform with experience in integrating and deploying Vertex AI components.
- Experience with GKE, Big Query, Cloud Build and Harness.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Terraform and Python.
- Ability to build strong relationships and solve real-world problems with technology.
