The purpose of this role is to analyse client business processes and conduct detailed market and benchmarking studies to evaluate process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Business process analysis – Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Market research & benchmarking – Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and propose alternate process and functional methodologies, performing cost‑benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third‑party products.
- Optimization initiatives – Identify domain‑specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.
- Technical documentation – Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross‑functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.
- Revenue growth – Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.
