Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to lead automation initiatives, including Holmes, within client accounts of a vertical for service line offerings to increase efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of applications: through subject knowledge and standardize models. Review and stay abreast with current and upcoming trends in automation technology and best practices, as well as account delivery processes and requirements in the BU/DU. Develop and review the Account Automation Plans in consultation with Account Partners and Delivery teams. Evaluate client/BU needs and develop configurations that support business processes. Support the presentation of the business case for automation to clients and seek approval. Audit configuration items for conformance to specifications, drawings, interface control documents, and contractual requirements. Develop scalable dashboards and process support systems for automation monitoring. Develop Statements of Work for report/software/customization requests. Maintain related documentation and control drawings. Serve as the technical point of contact for project access control to protect sensitive information.
- Coordinate with teams for product development: Support automation and governance. Review current infrastructure solutions. Identify and implement innovative solutions based on customer interactions. Review automation project progress and resolve escalations. Set policies and procedures for automation projects and ensure adherence. Prepare teams for successful application rollouts, including training and information transfer. Advise on system setup and business rule integration. Provide support for demonstrations, training, and customer support on automation platforms.
- Enable Delivery Teams: Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and infrastructure. Manage alignment across timelines and ensure quality assurance. Participate in problem resolution. Support maintenance and calibration. Assist in implementation of technical systems. Integrate automated builds and conduct performance checks. Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement. Control system configuration and ensure consistency across modules.
- Capability development: Review automation trends and identify capability gaps. Leverage customer technology potential. Develop training modules to build team capabilities.
