The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

This role combines onsite infrastructure operations and deployment project management for Microsoft Experience & Technology Centres (MTCs) and MLS lab environments. The position is responsible for ensuring seamless demo readiness, infrastructure reliability, and end-to-end coordination of deployment and decommissioning activities, while aligning with customer experience, compliance, and operational excellence standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide smart-hands support for core network, compute, and lab infrastructure (WAN/LAN/WLAN, servers, racks).
  • Perform rack & stack, provisioning, decommissioning, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Manage server room operations, ensuring uptime and operational health.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management for infrastructure services.
  • Own deployment, support, and readiness of demos and experience environments.
  • Execute daily walkthroughs and health checks across demo setups.
  • Act as technical SME for Experience Platform demos and hybrid cloud scenarios.
  • Administer Azure subscriptions, identities, and local environment configurations.
  • Maintain asset inventory and tracking for all demo devices and solutions.
  • Provide onsite technical support during customer visits, showcases, and events.
