The Data Test Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end test strategy for a large-scale Data Retention programme. This role provides leadership across test planning, execution, reporting, and quality governance, ensuring that data retention, archival, deletion, and legal hold workflows are implemented correctly, consistently, and compliantly. The Test Lead will manage test analysts, coordinate with engineering teams, and work closely with Data Governance, Legal/Compliance, and platform teams to guarantee robust, auditable outcomes.
