Overview Senior Talent Acquisition Partner @ WIPRO Wipro is looking for a Functional Architect with experience in the UK Savings & Retirement sector, including individual and workforce pensions.

This is a new role focused on supporting major strategic programmes and projects and the delivery of the Digital Policy Administration proposition within the Insurance Practice.

You will be part of the Domain & Consulting Business Line, helping drive transformation for clients with technologies such as Cloud, AI, 5G and robotic automation.

The role reports to the Insurance Domain Consulting Lead for Europe, with a dotted line to the Transformation Lead for the strategic project.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Architect across projects and workstreams within the digital transformation of Policy Administration for a major UK Savings & Retirement business.
  • Oversee and drive the development of business requirements and shape client solutions.
  • Analyse key insurance business processes and design digital processes and customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, control improvement and simplification; develop automation solutions to drive self‑service and straight‑through processing.
  • Support the development of discrete automation solutions in collaboration with technical solution leads.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Wipro design/development teams to deliver end‑to‑end process improvement and digitisation.
  • Work with stakeholders to define potential benefits releases from digital solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and go‑to‑market collateral as lead of the Digital Policy Administration proposition.
  • Support practice development activities to grow the Insurance Domain Consulting team.
  • Mandatory Skills / Experience
  • Broad knowledge of the UK Savings & Retirement sector (individual and workforce pensions).
  • Subject matter knowledge of core policy servicing processes (scheme setup, customer service management, complaints, policy transfers).
  • Core consulting skillset or significant industry experience in strategic change within Insurance; strong business analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in hybrid or agile development (e. g., user stories, Scrum).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Exposure to digital and platform technologies in UK Savings & Retirement.
  • Strong presentation skills (verbal and Power Point).
  • Deep platform experience (FNZ, TCS Ba NCS, Sonata, i Pipeline) and knowledge of Low/No‑Code platforms (e. g., Appian).
  • Data analytics, AI and machine learning experience or exposure in the Insurance space (e. g., KOFAX, Five9, Avaamo).
