Data Analytics and AI (DAAI) is part of Wipro Enterprise Futuring (WEF) Global Business Line (GBL). The objective of this Service line is to help client organisations transform to an “Intelligent Enterprise” – A Digital enterprise, that infuses trustworthy AI into the Business Processes, supported by actionable insights, powered by curated data. D&A team is dedicated to this vision by working across 3 pillars: Business process transformation, Data transformation and Insights transformation.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can be part of the DAAI group and help our regional clients in shaping the right vision, strategy and execution model of their Data, Analytics & AI products, services, processes and propositions to their internal and external clientele, thereby growing Wipro's business in a profitable manner.
- Ideally 15+ years of relevant business experience gained within a large Consulting or system integration organisation as either a consultant or sales professional, with at least 3 years of relevant Data Analytics sales background.
- Sales Experience: Successfully carried revenue targets in Data and AI selling, Account Planning, Solution Selling with focus on growth KPIs – Order booking, Revenue, Net billable headcount and Operating margin.
- Guide customers on Data Analytics & AI adoption journey with focus on keeping existing Data & Analytics investments relevant.
- Expertise with advanced concepts of cloud data platforms – Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica. Understanding of various data, analytics and AI workloads on cloud.
- Working experience on operational analytics using SAP BW, BO, Qlik, Tableau etc.
- Knowledge of self-service analytical tools and new age analytical/visualisation platforms such as ThoughtSpot and Incorta.
- Strong experience in Master data management, Data migration, Virtualisation technologies. Understand, analyse and recommend futuristic data and analytics roadmap.
- Work with the Account teams, Pre-sales, Consulting, Solutions, Delivery teams to create GTM strategy while developing and evangelising value propositions to existing and new stakeholders within the account.
- Exposure to sectors - Manufacturing, Consumer, Banking, Energy and Utility.
- Over 10-15 years of experience in Technology Sales.
- High-energy driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude with rich experience in selling IT solutions.
- Ability to sell an evolving and expanding lineup of integrated products around Salesforce that scales to meet customer’s needs.
- Strong exposure to interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.
- Good understanding of Data Analytics domain and application & platform capabilities.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in DAAI solutions.
- Must be creative, innovative and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
