Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Ab Initio Technical Lead to lead the delivery, governance and modernisation of enterprise data solutions. You will provide hands‑on technical leadership across Ab Initio, EME, graph governance, batch architecture and migration, while ensuring reliable day‑to‑day services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Ab Initio engineering, EME and graph-governance activities.
- Own technical outcomes across build, run and continuous improvement.
- Shape batch architecture and lead complex migration initiatives.
- Embed quality, security, resilience, observability and supportability.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, testing and service‑management teams.
- Manage incidents, risks and dependencies, communicating decisions and actions clearly.
- Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures and runbooks.
- Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing and secure engineering practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive technology experience, including leadership of complex delivery or operational services.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Ab Initio, EME and graph governance.
- Experience in batch architecture and migration leadership.
- Knowledge of GCP or cloud‑native environments.
- Strong understanding of observability, CI/CD and root‑cause analysis.
- Confident leadership and communication across geographically distributed teams.
