Responsibilities
- Provide solution/consultation to implement continuous exploration, continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuous testing, and continuous monitoring and release automation solutions for all sized products.
- Create reference architecture for DevOps build & release automation implementation.
- Conduct discovery workshops with customers to understand the product's current state and unearth potential issues.
- Implement the DevOps / DevSecOps maturity assessment framework and create operating models for subsequent DevOps / DevSecOps adoption.
- Analyze emerging build and release automation trends.
- Define reusable solutions for build & release automation which can be leveraged across customers.
- Provide solutions to implement enterprise infrastructure automation solutions for environment provisioning.
- Help develop CI‑CD / DevOps Practices, Tools, platforms.
- Build solutions and frameworks / POVs for different technologies / domain.
- Implement and maintain DevOps / DevSecOps toolchains for both centralized and federated DevOps.
- Coach the team to ensure DevOps adoption.
- Coaches engineering teams on the new Ways of Working for improved Route to Live.
- Conduct training workshops on CI‑CD/DevOps and related roles to teams and other stakeholders.
- Help the customer to adopt to the defined engagement model to maximize the benefits.
- Anchor the DevOps / DevSecOps solution for large RFP's.
- Participate in the practice sales initiative for opportunity shaping and closure.

Role Purpose
The Business Analyst will be part of a central AI delivery team for Commercial Operations, acting as a shared capability across portfolios.
Core Skills & Responsibilities
- AI Use Case & Value Analysis (Mandatory)
- Partner with Commercial Operations teams to identify, frame, and prioritise AI use cases.
- Translate business problems into clear AI ready use cases, including: Objectives and success criteria, Expected business value (efficiency, risk reduction, speed, quality), Data inputs and constraints.
- Support value tracking and benefits realisation, from initial hypothesis to post deployment review.
- Ensure reuse of patterns, components, and learnings across portfolios.
- Business Analysis & Delivery
- Elicit and document lean, outcome driven requirements suitable for AI and data products.
- Map current state processes and identify automation and augmentation opportunities.
- Define acceptance criteria focused on business outcomes, not just technical completion.
- Support PoC to production transition by clarifying scope, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
- Act as end to end BA owner for multiple AI initiatives in parallel.
- Stakeholder & Governance Engagement
- Lead discovery workshops and structured problem framing sessions.
- Act as a bridge between business, AI engineers, IT architecture, security, and governance.
- Support consistent engagement with demand management, risk, and compliance processes.
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, value, and risks.
- Tools & Ways of Working
- Experience working in Agile, iterative delivery environments with experimentation cycles.
- Proficiency with: JIRA, Confluence, Excel and SQL for analysis and validation, Power BI / Tableau for value and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with AI adjacent tooling and concepts (e.g. document automation, agents, NLP, LLMs) is a strong plus.
- Experience supporting data or AI solutions moving into production is highly desirable.

- Business process modelling and service design.
- Experience working in federated or centralised capability models.
- Exposure to Commercial Operations or Trading & Supply environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Data, or related field.
- Relevant certifications: CBAP / CCBA / PMI PBA, Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Experience level aligned to JG 4 / JG 3 preferred (7+ years), with strong hands on delivery exposure.
