We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Developer with a strong understanding of Identity Management tools, Active Directory, and Password Management concepts. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in development and customization activities, particularly with Dell/Quest One Identity Manager (1IM) tools and technologies along with hands-on experience in various OOB as well as Custom Connectors, SQL, .NET programming, PowerShell scripting and APIs.

Job Description:

  • Develop and analyse stored procedures (SPs), triggers, views, and functions in MSSQL, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyse database-related tasks, assessing their impact and optimizing processes where necessary.
  • Utilize synchronization editors, web designers, and other relevant tools effectively.
  • Develop custom connectors and conduct root cause analysis for any issues that arise.
  • Analyse database queue progress and address any bottlenecks.
  • Provide weekend and extended support as required.
  • Work closely with multiple teams on various issues and analyse and support Level 2 issues.
  • Utilize Dell One Identity Manager tools to implement new features and functionalities.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in addressing issues within Identity and Access Management (IDAM) systems.

Minimum Required Skills:

  • Experience in development/customization activities with Dell/Quest One Identity Manager.
  • Strong understanding of IDAM concepts and experience with directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Proficiency in advanced PowerShell development.
  • Sound knowledge of problem-solving ability for issues within Dell/Quest One Identity Manager (1IM), including effective solution approaches.
  • Ability to gather and analyse technical functional requirements based on client IAM use cases.
