We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage enterprise-level Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CyberArk and a strong background in designing secure access solutions for large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IAM & PAM Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide IAM and PAM frameworks aligned with security best practices.
- CyberArk Administration: Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of CyberArk solutions, including Vault, PSM, CPM, and PTA.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (ISO, GDPR, SOX) and internal security policies.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, audits, and remediation for privileged accounts and identity lifecycle.
- Automation & Optimization: Develop scripts and workflows (PowerShell, Python) to automate IAM/PAM processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, security, and business teams to integrate IAM/PAM into enterprise applications.
- Incident Response: Act as SME for IAM/PAM-related incidents and provide root cause analysis.
Required Skills
- CyberArk Expertise: Advanced knowledge of CyberArk components and architecture.
- IAM Frameworks: Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, MFA).
- Security Standards: Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, and compliance frameworks.
