Job Description Position: Account Executive Manage and grow a strategic account by directing the organic growth strategy, including vision setting, annual planning, identifying key opportunities, and ensuring overall financial health of accounts. Develop strategic client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction through excellent delivery, and foster long-term trust and commitment to Wipro. Your tasks will include: Develop and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers, becoming a trusted IT advisor and participating in strategic planning. Build a network of referable contacts, develop allies, and ensure balanced engagement across business, management, and operations. Identify growth opportunities, lead account strategy, monitor sales trends, and adapt plans accordingly. Mentor and nurture future leaders within the account team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate cross-geographic project management and delivery, conducting regular reviews to prevent overruns. Monitor key metrics for cost optimization and service improvement, addressing weak areas proactively. Utilize resources effectively to implement development and delivery plans. Present Wipro\’s solutions through workshops, presentations, and executive meetings, promoting higher-value services. Skills & Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in selling IT services within Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong knowledge of global delivery models and cross-selling across service lines. Excellent presentation, interaction, and consultative sales skills. Experience in delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles. Managed multi-million USD accounts across various geographies. Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels. Target-driven with experience in revenue, bookings, and operational metrics. Experience resolving team management issues and generating leads through client interactions. Skilled in proposal presentation and managing contract and payment processes. Ability to work closely with senior client executives to drive business growth.
