Bar Staff – Front of House – The Taproom, Old Market, Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support set‑up and close‑down of the venue in a timely manner
  • Serve beer responsibly to customers for on‑tap or take‑out
  • Manage cellar dispensing and line cleaning
  • Clear and wash glasses
  • Deliver engaging, educational service to create a positive customer experience
  • Operate the till system
  • Maintain fastidious cleaning protocols and keep the bar clean at all times
  • Adhere to health & safety, standard operating policies and licensing conditions
  • Ensure reasonable care for health and safety of guests, staff and premises

About You

  • Knowledge of cellar dispense and line cleaning
  • First aid qualification

Work Environment

The Taproom is a large venue with a beer garden, food truck and busy events calendar.
