Bar Staff – Front of House – The Taproom, Old Market, Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
- Support set‑up and close‑down of the venue in a timely manner
- Serve beer responsibly to customers for on‑tap or take‑out
- Manage cellar dispensing and line cleaning
- Clear and wash glasses
- Deliver engaging, educational service to create a positive customer experience
- Operate the till system
- Maintain fastidious cleaning protocols and keep the bar clean at all times
- Adhere to health & safety, standard operating policies and licensing conditions
- Ensure reasonable care for health and safety of guests, staff and premises

The Taproom is a large venue with a beer garden, food truck and busy events calendar.
