Shift Pattern: 4‑shift rotation, 12‑hour days and nights (36 hours per week).
Accommodation: Provided during shifts at our local print house.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate flexographic printing machines.
- Produce printed materials to required quality and specification standards.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.
- Adjust machine settings to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
- Complete job changeovers efficiently.
- Perform basic maintenance and keep equipment clean.
- Work in line with safety, quality, and production procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience with automated processes (printing experience essential).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns.
- Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, or Kanban concepts.
