Shift Pattern: 4 Shift Rotation 12-hour days & nights/36 hours per week

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines
• Produce printed materials to required quality and specification standards
• Carry out quality checks throughout print process
• Adjust machine settings to optimise efficiency and minimise waste
• Follow safety procedures and basic maintenance
• Perform basic maintenance and maintain equipment cleanliness

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Experience with automated processes (printing experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good attendance and time-keeping
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen or Kanban
