WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide technical support for lamination, coating and slitting
- Develop training programs and offer ongoing support to operators
- Find process improvements that reduce waste and improve quality
- Set up machines in line with the production plan
- Follow safety procedures and basic maintenance
- Check and commission new technologies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Extensive lamination and slitting experience
- Flexible and team focused approach
- Conscientious approach to quality
- Good attendance and time-keeping
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen or Kanban
Shift Pattern: 4 Shift Rotation 12-hour days
