To maximise relationships with the current customers. Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. Expand relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Resolve any issues and problems faced by the Customer. Play an integral part in generating new sales with Key Account Customers. Prepare regular reports of progress to internal & external stakeholders using key account metrics and KPI’s. Manage the commercial aspect of the customer programmes. Agree payment profiles with customers for investment programmes. Responsible for reviewing costs versus budget and recommending appropriate cost reductions. Liaising with Wipac project personnel to ensure invoices are raised in line with completed project milestones. Attend customer meetings and visits at all levels regularly to ensure uniformity of communication with the customers. Have an in-depth understanding of customer quotations. To work and support other team members as required ensuring an effective and efficient service is developed and delivered.

- Educated to degree or equivalent level
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a Key Account Management role ideally in the automotive sector
