Our Client Solutions division is seeking to hire a strong mid-level all-round investor services professional to assist with the delivery of premium client service, supporting colleagues and clients around the globe.
Candidates should be energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented individuals with fresh ideas and innovative solutions who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound investor queries, collaborating with various business units.
- Creating and updating materials such as RFPs and DDQs.
- Collaborating on client onboarding and client retention (deadlines, offering materials, distributions arrangements, share class and fund registrations).
- Supporting sales team members with business development efforts and operational aspects of the business.
- Proactively using CRM database to ensure accurate entry of client information.
- Updating and managing consultant/industry databases and fund information.
- Working closely with business units across the firm, including legal, compliance, sales, marketing, and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience working in investor services at a quant hedge fund.
- Experience working in a quantitative hedge fund.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work efficiently toward deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
