The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, collaborative and delivery-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to pick things up quickly in a fast-paced environment. They will bring both a user-centred mindset and the technical depth required to deliver robust end-to-end solutions. You will be part of a friendly and collaborative team responsible for post-trade and reporting software development.
The role involves working closely with operations, fund accounting, and other teams across the business including senior management - there is no BA layer, you will gather requirements directly from the business, design solutions and own them end-to-end. In addition to project work, you will have regular opportunities to implement enhancements for both business and technology.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Engage directly with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into thoughtful technical solutions.
- Support production systems, investigate issues and implement fixes where required.
- Collaborate through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in financial services or data-intensive systems.
- Strong backend capability in C#/.NET - you are comfortable designing services, APIs, and data integrations, not just consuming them.
