This is a site-based role, playing a key part in the successful delivery of complex mechanical building services works on major data centre projects. Responsibilities Manage and maintain effective communication with the client and wider project stakeholders Prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction activities associated with your package, ensuring all HVAC deliverables are completed in line with project, quality, and safety requirements Coordinate closely with the project team to sequence mechanical installations , including pipework, to meet programme milestones and scheduled dates Assist in the documentation and costing of scope changes , including preparation of monthly valuations and contribution to the final account Compile and file all O
