On March 6, 2026, we’re inviting a small group of exceptional graduates to join us at our London office for an Algorithmic Trader Assessment Day. This is a chance to meet experienced Wintermute traders, take part in interesting technical challenges, and learn more about how we operate.

This is an assessment day (not a traditional interview) designed to challenge you and give a real taste of life at Wintermute. You’ll spend the evening solving practical, trading-inspired problems while learning from senior team members and meeting traders and other employees. You’ll explore the office, experience the culture, and see how the team thinks about markets. Free food, drinks, and Wintermute merch will be available throughout the evening.

Who should register: You don’t need prior trading experience; curiosity matters more. This is for people who:

How to join: Register using your CV until Feb 15, 2026. Successful applicants will receive our online assessments before February 20. Top performers are invited to the in‑person Assessment day before February 27. This is an in‑person event, Wintermute will cover the train ticket costs within the UK. Successful members of the assessment day will be invited for a final interview.
