To appraise the asset management and business plans of target properties to be financed;
To evaluate property specific risk and must be proficient in excel modelling;
To assess the net income position and the implications on cash flow, value and exit position;
To build, interpret and manipulate financial models to evaluate the security of financing arrangements;
To be responsible for the valuation due diligence during the transaction execution process;
To write credit applications under tight deadlines and lead the credit process;
To address any queries or requests raised by the credit risk department, the credit committee, and the business line;
To prepare deal proposals and term sheets;
To provide commercial property investment and development market situations in the UK;
To ensure KYC and compliance requirements of Real Estate Finance are adhered to;
To assist with asset management of already invested Real Estate Finance Facilities as required;
To assist the MD.
