- Prepare and present credit proposals after completing due diligence.
- Drive transactions through to execution working with internal stakeholders.
- Structure transactions including pricing, leverage, and covenants.
- Manage portfolio performance, monitoring covenants and risks.
- Conduct annual reviews and manage early warning signals.
