This role can be based in either our Wolverhampton or London offices. Working within the Company's Business Development team, this position entails directly liaising with clients to explain Wintech's services, understand project requirements, and provide bespoke fee proposals. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing and consultancy teams to increase enquiries and sales, leveraging a strong understanding of MEP, Civil/Structural engineering, or broader construction industry experience.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Liaise with clients and understand their project requirements, responding with a plan of how Wintech can meet those needs.
- Provide bespoke fee proposals promptly.
- Identify upsell opportunities when discussing services, covering our consultancy offerings such as faƧade engineering, sustainability, mechanical & electrical engineering, faƧade access and fire engineering.
- Meet clients faceātoāface when required to promote services and win tenders.
- Foster and develop longāterm client relationships.
- Understand the business's products or services and explain their benefits.
- Coordinate with the consultancy team on project requirements and hand over effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to support company promotion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural or Building Services Engineering.
- Extensive technical knowledge in chosen specialism.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong grammar for client and colleague communication.
- Confidence, excellent communication skills, and ability to promote Wintech's services.
