About the Role
As a Façade Engineer at Wintech, you’ll contribute to a wide range of exciting projects, from landmark new builds to sustainable refurbishments. You’ll work closely with colleagues, architects, structural engineers, and contractors to develop high‑performing, buildable façade solutions, guiding designs from concept through to completion.

We’re with our clients every step of the way, providing expert guidance across the entire project lifecycle to deliver best practice approach and meet government regulations, whilst supporting their project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out technical audits of façade subcontractor tenders.
- Visiting site to monitor and advise the subcontractor.
- Producing detailed technical reports.
- Reviewing structural calculations.
- Witnessing laboratory and on‑site testing and carry out a final review.
- Working closely with the in‑house Project Manager to manage the Client’s expectations both pre and post site visit.
- Liaising with commercial colleagues and the in‑house Project Manager to establish further services the client may require.
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
