We’re excited to announce that applications for our 2026 Graduate Programme are now open.

Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible for the programme, you must hold (or be on track to achieve) at least a 2:1 in one of the following disciplines:
- Architectural Engineering
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Civil or Structural Engineering
- Or a closely related engineering degree
Please note: we are unable to accept applications from other degree backgrounds, as an engineering foundation is essential for this programme.
Right to Work in the UK: you must have Right to Work in the UK before joining the graduate programme. Visa sponsorship is not available.
About the Programme
Over two years, you’ll rotate across several key engineering disciplines, including:
- Structures
- Civil Engineering
- MEP
These rotations offer a unique, hands‑on introduction to the diverse world of building engineering. In your second year, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise in one of these areas (subject to availability), gaining deeper insight and experience in your chosen discipline.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you’ll be offered a permanent contract with us.
