Position summary

Join a Corporate Finance team that's building momentum across Equity Capital Markets, public and private M&A, and strategic investments.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients on complex, high-value transactions, helping businesses raise capital, execute acquisitions, navigate regulation and seize opportunities in fast-moving markets.

We're looking for a lawyer who thrives when deals are live, deadlines are tight and expectations are high.

If you enjoy taking ownership, driving transactions forward and working directly with clients on market-defining matters, we'd like to hear from you.

  • Position responsibilities
  • Driving Equity Capital Markets transactions from start to finish, including IPOs, secondary fundraisings and rights issues.
  • Leading on public and private M&A deals, joint ventures and strategic investments, helping clients navigate critical commercial decisions.
  • Negotiating and drafting key transaction documents, shareholder agreements and governance arrangements that keep deals moving.
  • Coordinating cross-border deal teams and guiding listed companies through UK Listing Rules, governance requirements and Takeover Code obligations.

Experience, skills, and qualifications

  • Advising on Corporate Finance, ECM or M&A transactions as a U. K.-qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE.
  • Running transactions with confidence, balancing multiple deals, deadlines and stakeholders without losing momentum.
  • Delivering technically strong, commercial advice on both listed company matters and private company transactions.
  • Building trusted client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers and stepping up when challenges arise.
