Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on desktop engineering and support in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Automation first approach: drive efficiencies through scripting and zero-touch build processes.
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle; refresh, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with teams across infrastructure, networking and security.
