Responsibilities
- Be familiar with Excel and Zero software, and have previous experience in accounting and property sectors.
- Assist with advertising, preparing property particulars, brochures, etc.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and contractors; visit sites; deal with architects and surveyors; prepare reports, assessments and valuations.
- Be involved in day-to-day management activities and accounting of the property portfolio.
Qualifications
- The candidate must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, fluent in English, willing to learn and take on new tasks.
- Experience and accounting qualification is essential.
