Winstanley College is seeking an organized HR Advisor to join the College HR team. The role is part-time (0.8FTE), term-time only plus 10 days, reporting to the HR Manager.
You will lead our absence management approach, using data to identify trends, manage Occupational Health referrals, and create effective return-to-work plans. You will also support onboarding, appraisals, cover coordination and HR guidance.
