Winsley Church of England Primary is a vibrant and exciting place to learn and work, situated at the heart of the community in Winsley Village. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work 18.75 hours per week on a fixed‑term contract until 31 August 2027. The position is based at Winsley Primary and is available during term time only, with Monday and Friday mornings in Years 5/6, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings until 2 pm in Years 2/3.

Responsibilities

  • Help create a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Assist with teaching and learning activities within the classrooms.
