Winshall are seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support our business in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates for our own permanent and contract positions. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and networking activities.
  • Screen CVs and applications against vacancy requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and telephone screenings.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate communication where required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
  • Monitor market trends and provide candidate availability and salary insights.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
