We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Event Staff Member who’s ready to jump into the world of sound, light, staging, and unforgettable moments. From private parties and weddings to high-profile corporate events across the Northwest, no two days are ever the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and setting up Audio, Lighting, Video, Dancefloors, and Staging
- Climbing (safely!) to install rigging and truss up to 10m high
- Loading, prepping, and checking kit for events
- Working with clients and colleagues at weddings, conferences, parties & more
- Operating gear during live events (where the magic happens)
- Installing and running IT equipment
- Packing down and derigging after the show
- Driving long wheelbase vans full of shiny kit (no scratches, please!)
- Basically — being an event superhero
What We’re Looking For
- AV or event industry experience (you know your XLR from your HDMI)
- Full driving licence + happy behind the wheel of a 3.5t van
- Confidence, initiative, and the ability to just make things happen
- A cool head under pressure and top-notch people skills
- Presentable appearance (sometimes our clients are very fancy)
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Physically fit enough to move and set up equipment safely

- Salary £26,000–£28,000 (depending on experience)
