My client, who is a specialist in organo-sulphur synthesis and high-pressure hydrogenation supplying organic chemistry services is looking for an Engineering Stores Person to join their team.
The Role: You will be responsible for control, issuing, and stock management of engineering materials and tools, ensuring availability, traceability, certification compliance, and support to site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering parts (mainly mechanical) ordering and stock control management.
- Goods inwards and outwards.
- Supplier contact.
- Computerised stock system - Data entry etc.
- Stock takes.
- Other general stores duties.
The Candidate:
- Basic Mechanical Engineering training.
- Ideally a FLT licence.
- Ideally previous experience of working within an engineering store's role.
