WHAT YOU NEED

  • Experience within a production, manufacturing, engineering or fabrication environment
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Experience coordinating projects, production schedules or site activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers and customers
  • Knowledge of quality, health & safety and operational procedures
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to solve problems and drive progress
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
  • willingness to travel within the UK and overseas when required

Day To Day

  • Coordinate fabrication and production activities to support project delivery
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered to schedule, quality and cost targets
  • Support equipment assembly, testing and commissioning activities
  • Provide regular updates on production progress
  • Coordinate servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment and instrumentation
  • Support customer installations and commissioning projects in the UK and overseas
  • Conduct site inspections and promote safe working practices
  • Maintain equipment, stock and asset records
  • Support audits and compliance activities
  • Review and improve production methods, processes and procedures
  • Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams
