The Role

You'll be working across a range of façade projects, providing commercial support from an office-based position while working closely with project teams and reporting into a Commercial Manager. The role will see you involved in the full commercial lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet key commercial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing commercial support across multiple façade projects
  • Managing and administering contracts effectively
  • Supporting project teams to achieve commercial objectives
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain strong cost control and customer focus

What We're Looking For

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist subcontractor environment
  • Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
  • Good understanding of construction law
  • Experience in commercial management including procurement, valuations, and cost control
  • Knowledge of measurement, subcontractor procurement, certificates, and accruals
  • Experience with monthly reporting and earned value analysis
