We are currently recruiting for an experienced Thermal Insulation Engineer / Lagger to join a well-established contractor working across industrial and commercial sites in the region. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality insulation and cladding work, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

The Role

  • Installation of insulation to pipework, ductwork, vessels, tanks, valves and flanges
  • Working with materials such as mineral wool, fiberglass, phenolic foam and nitrile rubber
  • Fabrication and installation of metal cladding (aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised)
  • Ensuring all systems are correctly fitted, sealed, and weather-proofed
  • Carrying out inspections, maintenance and remedial work
  • Working from technical drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety
