Winsearch are supporting the appointment of a Supply Chain Planning Manager into a senior, business-critical role within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact position responsible for ensuring a complex, high-volume operation consistently delivers against customer demand, service level expectations and operational targets.
The Role
- Take full ownership of planning and supply chain performance across a busy, fast-moving operation.
- Manage the alignment of customer demand, production capacity and material availability.
- Oversee end-to-end planning activity, ensuring plans are realistic, achievable and commercially effective.
- Control and optimise inventory and stock levels, balancing availability, waste and cost.
- Work closely with operations, logistics and procurement to maintain flow and minimise disruption.
- Identify risks within the plan and take decisive, proactive action.
- Drive improvements across forecasting accuracy, planning processes and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs, using data to support decision-making.
