The predicted salary is between 14 - 14 £ per hour.

Manchester (Trafford Park) £13.85 per hour Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Flexible start and finish times, as long as 37.5 hours are completed per week) Hybrid working - up to 2 days from home after training, based on performance.

The Role

We are looking for an Administrator to provide essential support to the subcontracting team across all divisions. This is a varied role involving general administration, coordination with external partners, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out general administrative tasks including close-downs, delivery queries, stock adjustments, booking slots, and returns.
  • Updating records and liaising with external co-packers.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Completing stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Supporting the subcontracting team across all areas as required.
  • Assisting with subcontracting production processes, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

The Candidate

  • Previous administrative experience within a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience within an FMCG, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage phone and email queries professionally.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to work.
  • A strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
