They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to support a major long-term project in the North West. This role is a permanent position- when the project in question comes to a close, new work will be there to allow the role to continue. This is a senior commercial role suited to someone with strong NEC contract experience and the ability to manage commercially complex construction packages from procurement through to final account. The role will suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step into into a more senior role, or an existing Commercial Manager looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable and respected contractor.
