We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a growing engineering recruitment business, supporting delivery on roles across precision engineering, aerospace and defence. This isn't a “throw CVs at jobs and hope” type role. You'll be working directly with an experienced recruiter who's been on the tools himself - meaning you'll learn how to properly qualify roles, understand what good looks like, and actually match the right people to the right businesses.
What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing high-quality engineering candidates (CNC, Quality, Composites, Engineering, etc.)
- Speaking to candidates, qualifying their experience and understanding what they actually want
- Writing and formatting CVs to a high standard ready for client submission
- Managing candidate processes from first call through to offer stage
- Supporting live roles with real clients
