**IMMEDIATE START**
The Role
To support the Engineering Leadership Team in their responsibility for the following:
- Planning the Quality Management Systems (establish quality policy and quality objectives)
- Integrating the requirements of the Quality Management Systems into departmental processes
- Promoting process approach and risk-based thinking
- Communicating the importance of effective Quality Management Systems
- Ensuring effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems
- Promoting continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems
- Implementing processes/working practices
- Planning, conducting and documenting internal audits and audits at suppliers
- Maintain the CE / CA Mark register
- Maintain communication with suppliers via ‘Supplier Notifications\’ directly relating to documentation and certification
The Candidate
You will have the following skills, experiences and attributes…
- Minimum of HNC level qualification in relevant engineering discipline (eg mechanical, chemical, aeronautical) OR significant relevant technical/engineering experience.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skills
- MS Office skills
- Must be able to effectively use SAP or similar integrated systems.
- Knowledge of industrial hydraulic products
- Audit/quality qualification or significant relevant experience.
