Quality Assurance Auditor
Location: Elland, West Yorkshire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Salary: £12.24 Per Hour (£25,459.20)

About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure all food safety and quality standards are met at all times. Your role will be crucial in maintaining product integrity, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily line audits and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs).
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the site.
- Support the maintenance and updating of HACCP systems.
- Investigate non-conformances and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Carry out internal audits, GMP inspections, and compliance checks.
- Participate in taste panels and product testing.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific codes of practice.
- Assist in training teams on technical and quality procedures.
- Support external audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Play an active role in continuous improvement and risk management.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality systems.
- Level 3 HACCP and Level 3 Food Safety qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong literacy and numerical skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours in line with business needs.
