We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience across CNC machining processes and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines in accordance with company standards and production requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety guidelines and 5S workplace standards
- Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and datum setting
- Ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience working with OSAI CNC controllers (critical requirement)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles
- Ability to carry out tool changes and machine setup
Desirable (but not essential)
- 3-Axis CNC Routing
- Knowledge of 2D sheet metal components
- Experience cutting aluminium materials
- Exposure to VWM / Technos 38 machines
- 5-Axis CNC Machining
- Experience setting up fixtures and jigs
- Ability to set tool datums
- Familiarity with CMS machines
- CNC Punching Machine and tool setup
- Experience working with materials from 0.6mm to 2mm
- Experience with Amada machines and Fanuc controllers
- CAD/CAM Software Exposure to Radan, AlphaCAM, or CATIA V5
