The role will suit someone who is confident managing their own workload, comfortable working across multiple live projects, and able to take ownership of commercial processes from the office, with site travel when required. The business specialises in cladding projects and is looking for someone who understands the pace, detail, and commercial demands of specialist construction. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing commercial duties across live cladding projects, working closely with the senior leadership team and supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects. You will be involved in invoice management, project cost control, commercial reporting, contract administration, and liaison with internal teams, clients, and site teams. This is an office-based role, so applicants must be comfortable working from the office as their main base. Site travel will be required for project liaison, and you will be trusted to manage your own diary. This role would suit someone who enjoys responsibility and is comfortable making decisions without needing constant supervision.
