We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong SAP and Excel skills to support within a quality/operations function. You’ll play a key role in supporting quality processes by reviewing SAP inspection data and ensuring accuracy across the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage SAP Quality Inspection Lots
  • Identify and track missing inspection lots (UDs – Usage Decisions)
  • Collect, record, and organise data accurately using Excel
  • Investigate discrepancies and flag any missing or incomplete information
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records to support reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams where necessary to resolve data gaps
  • Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and reporting processes

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience using SAP (preferably within a quality or production environment)
  • Confident using Excel for data handling, tracking, and reporting (e.g. filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach
