Winsearch is supporting a specialist logistics business in the search for an Operational Excellence Manager - Warehousing & Logistics to join a fast-paced, high-service operation in the Greater West London / Heathrow Corridor. This role has been created to drive greater efficiency, consistency and operational performance across a specialist warehouse function supporting a demanding customer environment.
This is a key appointment for the business and would suit an experienced warehouse or operations professional with a strong track record in driving efficiency, improving processes and leading operational change within a complex logistics environment.
The role sits within a specialist setting supporting time-critical movements, high-value inventory and service-led warehouse operations, and will play a central role in improving workflow, productivity, consistency and reporting across the function.
There will also be occasional international travel, supporting operational improvements, best practice and standardisation across wider business locations.
