Winsearch seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental efforts at our Trafford Park site in Manchester.

You will drive compliance with COMAH, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, supervise incident investigations, and partner with leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to site leadership, you’ll manage risk assessments, PTW, contractor RAMS, and regulatory reporting to external bodies while promoting a safe and compliant working environment.
