Winsearch UK is currently working with a leading UK Manufacturer and supplier of high-quality household chemicals who are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and proactive, with proven experience as an Excel Administrator.
Excel Administrator
The Role
As the Excel Administrator, you will play a key part in exporting reports from the internal SAP system and liaising with the Customer Experience and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing and maintaining regular Excel-based reports for Customer Experience and Sales teams
- Manipulating and analysing data using advanced Excel functions
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting
- Supporting ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across departments
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong Excel proficiency (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience working with reports and data in a business environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working independently and managing deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
